Action Elements was founded in 2011 by Rupert "Bear" Osborne. Sports and Music has always been at the hub of Rupert's mind since he was young, so he thought why not create a business around the industry he loves? As an avid skier, mountain biker and musician with a thirst for all sports and most music, no door is left unopened to new experiences and adventure. It was these experiences, knowledge of Marketing, Events and the passion to promote the Action Sport and Music industries that spawned the creation of Action Elements.
Merging the fact that a memorable experience has a longer lasting effect on emotion and future choice than any other seemed sensible. If you enjoy something, you will more often that not actively choose to do it again. Hence why each service is based around providing a unique customer experience. By designing and creating a bespoke environment in which people are exposed to positive and enjoyable experiences towards a specific brand, product or person, it will leave an impression in the mind which they'll want to experience again and again.
Rupert carries several years of experience and a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Event Management with extensive additional experience in Marketing, Social Media, Design, Filming and Editing. However, one man can't do it all (even Superman, which is why there's Batman, SuperTed and Stephen Fry). Therefore Action Elements source and incorporate the best creative talent available for all our Elements when needed, with contacts throughout the UK to offer full Nationwide coverage. We don't want these talents going to waste. Everyone is a professional creative with significant experience and in most cases a degree in their area of expertise. That way we know you'll always be getting the best of the best.
